Nice work. Lighting on the image looks great. Background looks great. I see no flaws. Fantastic work yet again Jazza!

If I were to critique anything about the picture, I did notice one flaw... Link doesn't have that belt you placed under the shoulder there. It's just a minor detail I noticed, as I almost didn't even notice it. Still a great picture Jazza! Looking forward for more!

Hey it's a Pikachu!!!! A really cute picture! Just looking at your other works, you are a talented artist. Glad I found out about you through your BF Avizura. You both are really good! :P

I'd critique you, but I see nothing to critique on... However I do have a quick question out of curiosity.

What program do you use for your artwork?

Hmm. I like this work. I did notice as stated below that the proportions are slightly off on the robot's arms. I don't know if that was unintentional or done on purpose... I mean I suppose maybe he got built that way! ha!

I find it quite hard to judge the lighting as you seem to have implemented more then one light source on this one. (which makes sense because he's underwater and light gets distorted.) From the looks of it you have the main light source as a light slightly left of the camera. (or the POV of the picture) along with the natural lighting of the environment, this of course would cause cross shading which is very visible behind the arm and the leg socket. I am glad you did this with the lighting because otherwise the character wouldn't pop out as much, and as an illustration... that's the last thing you want.

Great piece Jazza... surprisingly , I have not seen anything from you recent.... heh, maybe I'm just not on enough.

Anyways, I love the organic feel you gave this piece, so as far as that goes, fantastic. Clouds are very wispy, fantastic lighting. The only thing that I feel might have issues, is the POV (Point of View) seems off. I don't really like how, this being an illustration and all, nothing really pulls the viewer towards the character... and in fact, it seems that that the sun is the focus of this painting.

But, that aside. This is a really good painting. Well Done Jazza!

Art Critiques are so... lets say... simply mean... You give pics I think are good 0's and people give you 0's even people who have pics that I think are good. Honestly even if proportion is slightly off or if the hood looks messed up... these are really stupid reasons to drop a score from 10 to 0. This isn't bad... I think it was done quite well, but maybe you should allow more creativity... poses are nice and all, but add foreground... and background... 8/10

I wish I could shad like you man. I'm no expert at Photoshop or GIMP, or whatever it is you used, but I can tell a good piece of art when I see one. The clouds are well done as well as your dragon, though the horns just look... wierd... but maybe that's what makes this unique. Nice work, and keep it up.

I agree with you, "The Legend of Dragoon" is definately a game that is worth being obsessed over with. I frickin' loved that game. I love how oddly designed the dragon is, but I am not to fond with eyes being below the mouth. That is creepy. lol. If I were capable of the patience of making a flash with this guy I would. :D Awsome job on the pic. I want to see how his/her torso, legs, tail, and wings, if he/she has any, are designed now!
